Kiehl's Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate 1.7 oz.

Kiehl's Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate is formulated with a high concentration of 10.5% Pure Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) known for its affinity with skin and its powerful ability to improve the appearance of skin aging.

With continued use over time, this treatment has a significant and progressive effect on marionette lines around the mouth and sub-orbital wrinkles in the eye area as well as other facial lines and wrinkles. In addition, skin shows a noticeable improvement in texture and radiance.

Why It Works:

This formula contains a potent level of pure Vitamin C or L-Ascorbic Acid. When applied topically to skin, L-Ascorbic Acid has been shown to enhance skin’s radiance and to diminish the appearance of wrinkles and lines.

THE ACHIEVEMENT OF KIEHL’S CHEMISTS: Kiehl’s chemists have stabilized a high concentration of pure Vitamin C – known as L-Ascorbic Acid. – by formulating it in a stabilizing base in the form of a line-reducing concentrate which helps skin recover from some of the more visible effects of skin aging.

Clinical Results:

In a double blind clinical study conducted by leading dermatologist, Dr. James Leyden, of the Skin Study Center, Kiehl’s Dermatologist Solutions Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate showed superior results on skin against a potent Retinol treatment cream (0.075%).

After four weeks, and increasingly through a twelve-week period, the Kiehl’s Dermatologist Solutions formula was noted to diminish the appearance of:

Crows feet fine lines
Sub-orbital fine lines
Skin tone
Sallowness

The Kiehl’s Dermatologist Solutions formula showed superior results over Retinol (without the irritation or sensitivity often associated with Retinol use) in the overall appearance of the skin, including:

Directions:

Cleanse skin thoroughly prior to application. Apply over entire face twice daily (avoiding the eye area). Can be used alone or layered under your usual moisturizer. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly. As the formula blends into the skin, you may experience a feeling of warmth. This sensation is normal.
